VMware Software Manager - Not just another Java applet

Most of you guys would have given a try at the new VMware Download Manager. If you haven't like me.. wanted to give you a heads up on the new web based VMware Download Manager.

It sets up a kinda web server and a software depot location on your local machine where it downloads it to.

One you have setup you will find an icon on your startup icons on your bottom right screen.

Once you have clicked the icon it brings up a web page as below screen snippet.

It's a pretty neat web client for managing your downloads. However I have not tested the ability to pause and resume downloads with this new web client.
